While PM Modi has held several rallies in Bihar, the Swabhiman Rally by the newly formed alliance of BJP opponents was held to lure the Bihar voters in upcoming Elections. Attacks and counter-attacks by Modi and Nitish Kumar and Lalu Yadav at eachother has indicated that none is willing to fall short of its opponent.

While PM Modi has announced monetary aids packages for the state , Nitish has made sure he counter attacks PM Modi on his ” DNA ” related statement targeted at him. He has made alliance with Congress and even got open support from AAP head Arvind Kejriwal.

All in all, all the parties are putting in their entire effort to make sure Bihar Elections stand in their favour. Once again it is PM Modi vs all and this time it seems tough for BJP to fetch up victory in Bihar.

Gujarat recently saw a new name of terror in politics by the name of Hardik Patel who shook Gujarat governance and held it hostage for couple of days. Major Gujarat cities saw riot like situations because of his arrest and release. He is demanding OBC status for Patels and subsequently reservations in govt jobs and seats etc. He was posing to be a great threat until his association with AAP has gone viral and also allegedly a sex video. He has become a threat for the BJP govt in Gujarat and yet another face of filthy politics in the country.

Rahul Gandhi has managed score some points against the ’56-inches chest owner PM Modi by managing to accumulate opposition parties to stand united against BJP govt. Both Sonia and son Rahul Gandhi have left no stones unturned to make sure the Monsoon Parliament Session remains disrupted. And to manage a major attack they have got weapons of LalitGate controversy in which major BJP leaders Sushma Swaraj and Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje are allegedly associated. The third big leader under oppositions’ attack is MP CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan who is allegedly associated with VYAPAM Scam.Sushma Swaraj is somehow trying to defend herself in the Parliament against the lethal attacks of Sonia Gandhi.

While the opposition is seeking answers from the PM on these issues, he is preferring to speak at rallies in Bihar for the upcoming state elections. Verbal attacks and counter-attacks between Modi and Nitish Lalu duo is topping Breaking News. In one such rally PM Modi has warned Bihar against the ‘poison’ of Lalu-Nitish alliance.

After JDU Sena asks BJP to name PM candidate

After JD(U) its Shiv Sena which wants BJP to declare the NDA candidate for Prime Minister’s  job ! While Sena has no complains with Modi and 2002 riots where they say that none could avoid those riots , it wants Sushma Swaraj to be the candidate and not Narendra Modi (sounds like the present Sena supremo is in  a dilemma) !!  😉
All in all, looks like BJP is in a bigger fix! Nitish Kumar, the Bihar CM wants a secular candidate (without naming himself  😀 )and prefers supporting L.K.Advani as the candidate (whose involvement in Ayodhya Movement has been pardoned by Nitish, I suppose  🙂 )  while Sena declared its choice already.
Lets see if the NaMo mantra will cross the major barriers of objecting allies or not !! 🙂

 If Congress sources are to be believed, Dr Manmohan Singh may become the party’s choice for the prime minister’s post for a possible third term if Rahul Gandhi continues to insist on staying behind and strengthening the party rather than opting as the face for UPA Prime Ministerial Candidate for 2014 General Elections !
Well, sounds like a fairy tale.As if  Rahul Gandhi does not know that if, at all, UPA gets a third chance to serve the nation, it would surely be his last opportunity to take the driving seat and probably make things happen for Congress. In the opposition,the Cold War between Bihar’s CM, Nitish Kumar, and Gujarat’s CM, Narendra Modi, may take a bigger shape if Modi is selected as the prime ministerial candidate for NDA.

RSS ranks Bihar over Gujarat on good governance ?

Mohan Bhagwat ,chief of Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh(RSS), has declared Bihar over Gujarat in effective governance of states of India,as per some foreign journalists. While RSS has clarified that his statement has been incorrectly quoted and what he meant was people of each state consider their governance superior.RSS which is the mother of BJP , ranking BJP ruled state below other party ruled state is astonishing.

Should this be considered a slip-of-tongue or an intentional slip to keep BJP ally JD(U) in confidence? Nitish Kumar, the chief minister of Bihar , has threatened to quit alliance with BJP , in case, they announce Modi, chief minister of Gujarat,as their Prime Ministerial Candidate for 2014 General elections! There is no denying that people who favour NDA’s rule for 2014 would be supporting it only if Narendra Modi is the PM candidate and Nitish Kumar is yet to develop his strong repute nationwide !

As per Nitish Kumar , NDA needs a candidate for the post of  Prime Minister who has a secular thought. Obvious enough Narendra Modi the aspirant from BJP does not fall in the category and the next available option would be Nitish himself,for NDA. His achievements as a Chief Minister and a ‘secular’ stamp in political world makes him a tough contender along with Narendra Modi to be considered for the post. But as one alliance cannot be represented by two candidates chances are that NDAs old ally JD(U) may split away. On the other hand BJP has almost cleared its stand on the Prime Ministerial Candidate issue by blindly supporting Narendra Modi and indicating his preference over Nitish for the PM poll.

War of words between Modi and Nitish ?

Yesterday, addressing a public meeting in Rajkot, Gujarat’s Chief Minister,Narendra Modi, had reportedly said that Bihar, at one point of time, was a political and spiritual leader of the country, but it slipped into socio-economical backwardness ever since the casteist leadership took to centre stage !

Today , Bihar’s Chief Minister , Nitish Kumar counter-attacked by asking people to look at the condition of their own State which was clearly meant for Mr Modi.

Both the Chief Ministers are great administrators of their states and fall under the same political alliance of NDA where Narendra Modi is a strong contender from BJP as the Prime Ministerial candidate for NDA while Nitish Kumar from JDU has also emerged as a strong contender for the post,on behalf of NDA! Nitish Kumar has a secular image compared to Modi but has yet not gained as much popularity as Modi has , throughout the nation !
