P A Sangma may move Apex Court against Pranab Mukherjee ?
P.A.Sangma who lost to Pranab Mukherjee by a huge margin, in the Presidential Election may decide to knock the doors Of Supreme Court against Pranab Mukherjee’s election as President. Sangma and team had accused Pranab of holding an office of profit , as the chairman of Indian Statistical Institute while filing nomination for Presidential Candidature. They had objected his candidature and complained to the Election Panel which rejected Sangma’s plea after Pranab produced his resignation dated 20th June, accepted by ISI.Coming Wednesday, Sangma and team will hold a meeting where appealing to the court against Pranab would be an agenda of discussion.
Pranab Mukherjee is the 13th President of India and that is the sole-truth of the moment above any allegations, assumptions and political calculations! He has proved his worth as troubleshooter of the Congress by securing for himself a place from where UPA government has high chances of enjoying immunity till his tenure,in case, 2014 General Elections give any mixed result.
