Possibility of a Third Front has been ignited by Nitish Kumar,CM,Bihar who after seeing Modi getting an upper edge in the NDA has discussed with CMs of Bengal and Orissa too. Akhilesh , CM , Utter Pradesh has also indicated a possibility of Third Front.Even in the recent past, after SP won Uttar Pradesh Elections, talks of a Third Front were floated by Mulayam Singh, the SP Supremo.
In the past none of the Third Front Governments could complete 5 years term as too many cook spoil the dish 😀 . All the aspiring CMs for the PM post may join hands but a group with all the bosses in the Team splits faster than thought about.
Please share your views about what you feel about the Third Front ?
All the drama prior to 2014 General Elections. JD(u) may soon call off its political alliance with BJP after Modi has been made the Head Of the Election Committee, following which Advani resigned and now is being pleased by partymen. NDA weakening may surely give an edge to Congress to think for yet another term in 2014 and may raise the possibility of a different political equation altogether.
As of now, while Narendra Modi can expect things happening his way,it is also true that people who are anti-Modi in NDA and BJP itself, are preferring sidelining as per their vested interests.
* to all the regular visitors and blogger friends – my internet continues to play tricks. This post if published in another 5 minutes will cross the mark of 45 minutes ( the highest time it took for me , so far, to publish my posts within the last few days). I request your continued co-operation.
BJP’s senior leader , LK Advani has left all key posts in the party after Narendra Modi has been nominated as the Election Committee’s Head for 2014 General Elections, for the party.
He sited that most of the leaders in the party were concerned about their personal agendas !!
Is Mr Advani not doing the same ? 😀 Hope we all know what is his personal agenda !! 😀

May you all agree that blaming only our government does not help. We are to a great extent responsible for the ills in the country. When we count corruption we target straight at the government but do we not do our share of corruption too? And if we do not do so, do we stop people from doing the same ?

Ram Jethmalani, who had publicly rebelled last year against then BJP party president Nitin Gadkari, has been expelled by the party for six years for “breach of discipline.” 🙂
Discipline is to make sure no matter what you do, but dare not speak against party’s strong men/women , I suppose !! 😀
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was heard patting his government’s shoulders on the 4th anniversary of UPA II Government. 🙂
Just a thought about how PMs of neighboring countries of India and Pakistan may greet when they meet ! Reminded me also of Nawaz Sharif who was recently been noticed flaunting his white tiger during Pakistan elections ! 🙂
Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Manish Tewari states ‘India Shining’ the ad campaign during BJP’s regime was a hype and that Congress led UPA II’s campaign ‘Bharat Nirman’ is not an election ad and that it is very different from India Shining.
Its a debatable issue that India was or not shining when the then Govt of NDA led by BJP had declared so but do Congress representatives have a face to say ‘Bharat Nirman’ is not a hype and different? Scams after scams are being exposed and even the Whitest of Congress Colors are under scanner of disbelief of the nation and still Manish Tiwari can say -‘ Ho Raha Bharat Nirman’ ?

Nirman ( Development) has been noticed in fuel prices , inflation, scams and corruption , planning commission’s toilets, duration of our dear PM’s silence on issues that matter , that is all I can point out .
Let me know people if there is any Nirman you have noticed within the decade which makes sense ! Probably, I am thinking too pessimistically about ‘Bharat Nirman’ after the ‘India Shining’ hype, a decade back .
