Lata Mangeshkar's Bharat Ratna be taken away-Mumbai Cong Chief

The Mumbai Congress chief, Janardan Chandurkar, demanded legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar’s stripped of her Bharat Ratna after her public endorsement of Narendra Modi as the next Prime Minister of the nation.
Previously, BJP’s Chandan Mitra had made similar demand asking Nobel laureate Amartya Sen be stripped of his Bharat Ratna for saying that he would not like to see Narendra Modi as the country’s next Prime Minister.
As the media says, you may love him or hate him but you can’t avoid him. That is Narendra Modi.

Dr Manmohan Singh World's most influential Sikh

Our PM Dr.Manmohan Singh ranked first in the list of world’s most powerful, influential and contemporary Sikh, as per the first edition of the annual ‘Sikh 100’ published in London.
Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission,Montek Singh Ahluwalia stood good 69.
Most of us will agree on that ranking of Dr Singh. After all, he holds the Prime Minister’s chair of World’s largest democracy and about to complete 10 years as a PM and is not even burdened with the responsibilities of the office. 😉

Rahul Gandhi granted four more days to explain ISI remark

The Election Commission of India has asked Rahul Gandhi , the Congress Vice-President , to explain his ‘ISI remark’ after the BJP complained about him of violating the model code of conduct pre-elections. He was given a week’s time while his office said he remained busy during the festival hence the commission has granted him another 4 days to explain. In one of his speeches in the recent past, Rahul Gandhi had said that some security agencies informed him that the minority riot victims of the Muzaffarnagar riots are being contacted by Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI to join terror outfits. Rahul had accused the BJP of playing communal politics even in Muzaffarnagar riots which is provoking differences between communities.
Rahul Gandhi’s speeches always remain under the radar of Media and Opposition as much as Narendra Modi’s  and this is yet another addition to his controversial statements in the past. His previous theories like Poverty is a state of Mind and Dalits need Jupiter’s escape velocity to succeed are already popular and it seems like the ISI recruitment theory would need an explanation too.

Digvijay Singh to stop Hindu version of Taliban?

Digvijay Singh of Congress has blasted yet another fresh speech bomb on PM candidate of BJP, Narendra Modi by stating that he won’t allow Hindu version of Taliban to succeed in India. He also accused the Gujarat CM of hijacking Sardar Patel’s legacy and of ditching ideologies of  RSS icons.
Popular for making controversial speeches against anyone who stands against congress,Digvijay Singh had also termed Modi as Ravana and Bhasmasura previously.Question is, Modi has a weapon called Development to battle it out against Congress but what weapon does Digvijay Singh carry to be able to stand against Modi? 🙂
