Congress leader and a renowned actor of his times,Raj Babbar ,hit out at the BJP over the poverty figure debate and said he can have a proper meal for Rs 12 in Mumbai even today. 😀
I am sure I don’t need to write anything else . You can giggle as much you want. 😀
I guess, his appetite is 2 Vada Paos, per meal !!
The Samajwadi Party has demanded Election Commission to ban BJP’s poster mentioning Modi’s statement in public – “I am a Hindu Nationalist” .About 50 posters showing Modi’s statement in public-“I am a Hindu Nationalist” has been displayed in Mumbai.Abu Azmi senior leader of SP has asked EC to ban these posters and has mentioned his reasons out there in his letter.
Well, nothing much to say – Wish to know what is wrong with being a Hindu Nationalist ?? Big Deal! I am no hardcore NaMo fan but come on .. ain’t this too much? If this statement is being non-secular then better Indians be asked not to follow any God in the land and no caste,no state, no other language other than Hindi . That would be ONE !! The secular! Only then this statement of Modi would have sounded falling out of place.
Shivraj Singh Chauhan, the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, has clearly indicated who he considers his leader as and it is none other than senior BJP leader LK Advani who seem to have been side-lined in the BJP by the powerful NaMo mantra a.k.a. Gujarat CM, Narendra Modi. Although, for Modi,Chauhan stated was like his elder brother ( I think,to keep things clean and play safe).
Anyways, NaMo is a mantra which scares the Gandhi Dynasty 😀 then where do others political leaders stand , be it in BJP or the other parties, to challenge his present political supremacy. As the media says about NaMo- You can love him , hate him but cannot ignore him. 🙂
The official data released by the Planning Commission declares that the percentage of Indians living below the poverty line has fallen to 22 % in 2011-12 from 37% in 2004-05. 7 years and 15% !! Ain’t that an achievement !! Everything flowery on paper. 😀
This happened day before yesterday! I was cycling aside a Big Mall, nearby my house, when a Skoda Rapid bypassed me and after covering a distance of about 100 metres , it stopped. And then a man in formals came out and turned back with his arms open and what I could understand he was continuously staring at me with a smiling face. And then .. Oh!! That was an ex-colleague in one of my previous offices.
It was great to see him and during the conversation he declared how he hopped jobs and how his life has changed for good. And it was my turn to give details of my financial state and overall success. While, even he was astonished to see me looking like a sage with long hair and beard, riding a cycle and he knew I may have sad financial stories to narrate….Well..as I say anticipation is wrong .. most of the times .. here is what happened :
