Slow Internet Connection

Hello,dear all specifically my blogger friends!

This is a post only for you.To inform you why I am forced to vanish from your blogs and from indiblogger. Don’t worry, none of the celeb bloggers have their hands in it. πŸ˜€ Β  The issue is the internet connection which has made me helpless,limbless,brainless and all in all lifeless. I am unable to see posts of Β fellow-bloggers that frequently and commenting is a distant dream .I am Β unable to vote on IndiBlogger for you all as well.All it is somehow allowing is to check comments which have gone down,as expected πŸ™‚ and allowing me to publish posts.

Hence , being a doodler, who can never become a Sunny Deol of Gadar Β and has to look for humour out of worst situations in life, I decided I will better share what I am going through.I want to let you all know,the moment my internet issue is over, you will find me voting for your lovely posts and expressing my views on your blogs . Thanks a ton to the friends who are still around and checking whats on MySay ! For those who might turn up from IndiBlogger to check this -Thank You to you too πŸ™‚ . I am coming !!

Meanwhile,enjoy the horror I have been facing since last few days , seeking help from the Customer Service guys of the Internet Provider(I don’t wish to take the name of the provider as I have been using the connection since last 3 years and never had to go through such pain . Its India,after all, we can consider this a great service.Only one issue so far!) . Β  πŸ™‚

When I get my powers back.. I promise to flood you all with my votes and comments. Don’t worry !! That does not mean , you need to do the same. Β πŸ˜‰

    Haha..i know how u feel…i went through this when i got a new connection…i didn’t know whom to call because the marketing guy had taken the money but nobody came to install the wi-fi for 10 days… :((

        Haha….i m embarrassed to say but I DID turn into female version of Sunny paaji…and not only this occasion…I’ve been known to pull the plug of the companies who don’t listen my problems 10 times in a row…i turn into a Rani Ki Jhansi, which is quite embarrassing for my family πŸ™

      no connection would have been ok !! I know I cant see mess happening !! πŸ˜€
      yaha to I can see comments and friends reducing as I am unable to give feedback on fellow bloggers’ blogs and when i click their sites .. i am made to wait for 10 minutes and more πŸ™

      hehehe πŸ˜€ BSNL would have been my choice had I been 50 + πŸ˜€
      but then … even the private player is horrible..today would be the 5th day when i am surfing an internet which reminds me of drops of water from a dried up tap πŸ™‚
      sites taking 5 mins and above to get downloaded and this is the kind of service when I am managing the topmost monthly plan just to make sure I get enough flow of the internet

      that is great , I will say , Swati !! by raising voice we have or raising eyebrows we need to express our discomfort.Are they robots with programmed command that whatever the customer says register a complain and give a number and move on to next !!
      Even robots would do all these things better than them , trust me !! πŸ™‚

    lol.. This is how I feel at Office.. where there is internet but cannot access my blog. It takes almost 90 mins to reach office by cab and I manage to write few lines using my mobile and draft it with my 2G connection πŸ™‚

    hahaha … i am confused, should i laugh on the doodle and reactions you have potrayed or sypathise you for the internet connection failure … Awesome work on a helpless situation … however i agree that the call center executives tend to not understand our situations most of the times !

    Secondly yes same story..any service provider, Have had multiple issues with my mobile operator. And nothing changes, we are also creature of habits, I am still using the same provider after years and years of multiple issues πŸ™‚

    Haha πŸ˜€ My internet connection has gone down from 15Mbps to 2Mbps too.. thanks to the my interests in downloading stuff and exceeding the given quota. Hope u get back soon as I love your comments and blog posts. πŸ™‚

    Oh god.. Tell me about it.. I go so super crazy when internet s slow.. I scream as much as possible at the customer care guys.. But they seem to be happy and all smiles all the time.. πŸ™

    I can understand your situation, For the past 2 weeks i was in your condition with full of tension and anger on the service provider for the very slow internet of only 30kb/sec. Then i got recovered from it after changing the service provider πŸ™‚

    Anyhow you got recovered from it as i got πŸ™‚ Welcome Back πŸ™‚

    You are lucky i must say that you got problem just once in three years, its sort of miracle if you ask the victims of bad internet connections in India. One of my friends have internet connection which disconnects quite often and then takes lot of time to connect back, once she complained that it has not started back from 15 days or so.

      but it looks like .. they will complete the quota of 3 years in this single issue .. 4 days … continuous slow internet.Reminds me of days when Data Cards were new! Had to wait for 3-4 minutes to get a site downloaded πŸ™‚ its the same thing happening to me since last few days

    I can empathize with you. I know how frustrating it is when my online satsangs drop off or I have to cancel them just because the net is down. I prefer staying at a place where there are no such issues. Hope you are able to get a better connection soon. God bless.

      Well, I never knew Satsangs are happening online as well.. I would love to know a little about it . if possible
      I am actually managing things somehow .. and waiting for better times when I can communicate properly through fellow bloggers and do not waste 45 mins publishing a single post !!

        Thank you for the response. My satsangs are mentioned in our website with details of dates and timings on Google hangouts. We are doing Gnosis(Nag hammadi) texts daily and Srimad Bhagvadtam at weekends.

    This what called as Indian telecom customer service,this may be new to you,you are lucky as you haven’t faced any problem in 3 years.I face problems like this all the time round the year.Wish your internet a speedy recovery.Keep Blogging!

      I think I have worked out the mess .. Hopefully the Internet crises is over as of now πŸ™‚

    Whenever 24 hours time window passes and nothing happens, immediately call or Email Nodal Officer or Appellate Officer.

    The contact details of Nodal Officer and Appellate Officer are hidden deep inside any Telecom Operator’s / Broadband Provider’s Website πŸ˜› Make use of Google’s site: operator and save the details for your city / state πŸ™‚

    Call them and see the magic happening πŸ˜›
