Pranab Mukherjee , the 13th President of India, has finally made it to the Rashtrapati Bhavan and while being interviewed he claims to be everybody’s President. Will Pranab Mukherjee, more known for getting Congress out of any and many tough situations and referred as the uncrowned troubleshooter, take impartial decisions as the President (and not as Congress’ troubleshooter) may also be disclosed before or after 2014 General Elections !
